• Security: The procedures we use to implement all the electronic transactions are encrypted and protected thru the SSL protocol, making this site a secure site. Your credit card data will be encrypted and safe, and strictly used for the amount of time it takes to close the purchase transaction.

• Privacy: All your personal info and data related to your orders will be kept safe and electronally processed and protected by Consulting Services  We promise not to diffuse or sale  this kind of information  to other private or public bodies. We will exclusively use your personal info for internal purposes and to tell you about our promotions, news and offerts, but you can avoid that at any time by sending an e-mail at our address: lilibeo@lilibeo.com

Warranty

SMPF Consulting Service  verifies the quality of each product and guarantees  your satisfaction with every order. However, in case what you ordered  is not in accordance with your request or you are unhappy for any reason, you have the chance to send the ordered products  back to sender , and get your money back, according to italian laws. (see also the How to send products back to sender section). Please contact us directly rather than   the farm. We promise to do our best to make it right.

Every order  received from the customer must be verified by Consulting Services before being transmitted  to the producer, in order to check for its correctness and accuracy. Products' Information

All the firms hosted by SMPF Consulting Service are prestigious companies, with a long tradition and proved experience. They all guarantee the quality and genuiness of   both their products and the processing methods. For each product, a short description, its features, consumption advices, net weight and prices are shown. Besides, while filling the order form,  you will be notified if a certain product is currently available or not.

How to select a Product in the Catalogue

There are two possible ways to select a product, after you have chosen a firm:

• Selecting a product by the "About us" link: hitting the "About us"  link you see in our home page, you will be transported to the firm's page, where you will find the description and the pictures of its  main products and special packages (usually, not all the products, but  just the most rapresentative ones will be listed there). For each product listed in the table, a link will lead you to the related entry in the firm's Catalogue, where you can specify the number of items to be ordered and activate the electronic purchase transaction.

• Selecting a product by the "Catalogue" link: whenever you already know the name of the products to be ordered, or you simply want to see all the firm's products listed, you can imediately load the firm's Catalogue by hitting the link "Catalogue" you see in our home page. Scroll the catalogue until you find the product you are looking for. Now, you can specify the number of items to be ordered and activate the electronic purchase transaction.

How to Order

When you have found a product you are interested in, click on its name or thumbnail: you will be shown a line containing the selected product's info: you can add the selected product to your shopping cart by filling the "Q.ty" field in the General Catalogue (on the right end of the line) with the number of packages you want to order. You can modify these quantities at any time by changing the number in the "Q.ty" field and hitting the "Update" button, so that you can see the changes and corrections you made.  As you would do in a normal store, you can go on selecting and adding other products on your shopping cart: when you have finished and are ready to buy, hit the "Add/View order" button. You will be shown the list of the products you have in your shopping cart with their prices, total price including delivery cost and taxes. You can still modify the number of selected products and their quantities, or "cancel" the whole order-list. When you are sure to buy what you have in your shopping cart you can hit the "Prepare Order" button: you will be shown a form to be filled with your personal data and preferences relating to the payment method you have chosen. You can abort the procedure at any time by hitting the "Reset" button. Finally, by hitting the "Send Order" button, your order will be posted. How to Pay

The payment method is variable, depending on the specific firm. The methods supported usually are the credit card and/or  bank transfer (in Italy  you can, in addition to the previous listed methods, pay by 'contrassegno' or  postal current account).   When you choose the credit card method, you can send  the info about your credit card by phone or fax, or better, you can take advantage of  the security features of our server in order to send them in a safe, encrypted way (see also the Secure Server section). The carrier will deliver the required fiscal documentation together with the ordered products.

How to send back a Ordered Product

According to italian laws, you have 10 days left since you have received the ordered products in order to decide, for any reason, to send them back to sender. Please contact us directly, rather than the producer farm, specifying you personal data, e-mail address and order ID. You can contact us  by email ( lilibeo@lilibeo.com ), or fax (+39.923.760071) or telephone (+39.0923.760069. Delivery back to sender must be done on the original package and  its cost will not be refunded: only the ordered produts' cost will be refunded. We will do our best in order to leave you fully satisfied despite this trouble.

International Delivery

Each country has a different delivery cost, depending also on the  total ordered products' weight. That cost will be notified to the customer via e-mail, and at this point   the customer will decide whether accepting  all the order conditions (including delivery cost) or aborting  the transaction, by sending further communication to Consulting Services .
Payment can be made via credit card, by communicating the credit card number and its expiration date to Consulting Services  via e-mail (lilibeo@lilibeo.com ) or fax (+39.0923.760071). Your data will be safe because of the SSL features introduced and implemented in our site.

Secure Server

The procedures that implement the electronic transactions on Consulting Services are protected by the SSL protocol. This tecnology makes it infeasible to read your credit card information and protects your privacy. Hence the SSL mechanism give our site all the features of a secure site.
